Normally we use 100% cotton woven fabric,65%polyster 35%cotton woven fabric,55%cotton 45% polyester woven fabric,100% polyester woven fabric for our shirt products which is coming from Shaoxin; and 100% cotton knit fabric and CVC jersey fabric, and 100% polyester jersey fabric for our lady's tunic tops and dresses which is coming from Guangzhou. And most of the printed fabric is from Guangzhou too. We accept custom-made fabric. Our accessories are from our Yiwu Trade City, such as sewing thread, buttons, labels, packaging bags, cartons, sealing tape, etc. There are also a few excipients from Hong Kong.
Machinery/Production Process
Our production process is from Fabric order, then Fabric checking, and Fabric cutting, into Sewing, after QC, Ironing, Packing, and warehouse entry. Our equipment includes a sewing machine, edge binding machine, three-needle five-thread machine, edge binding machine, keyhole machine, buttoning machine, knotting machine, adhesive lining machine, ironing machine, etc.

Located in Yiwu City, which is only a 2.5-hour drive to Shanghai and Ningbo Port. Yiwu is the biggest worldwide commodity city to source fabric and accessories. There are living supporting areas, supermarkets, parks, and lakes around the factory. Our workers' life is very convenient and comfortable. Our factory is only about 10 kilometers from the airport, about 5 kilometers from the railway station, and about 5 kilometers from the bus station. So, it's very convenient for our customers to come and go. There are also powerful logistics facilities, goods can ship out in one hour.

2 skilled workers checking for fabric and cut parts,2 skilled workers checking half-finishing garments and finished Garments. An independent department is responsible for checking the safety and quality of all newly developed products as well as those that are mass-produced for buyers.

Fabric order- Fabric checking- Sewing- Garments checking. Quality Control personnel who are all experts in their respective product assignments check the quality at every stage of production, from the incoming raw materials to the finished product.

90%local, and 10% mostly source our materials from Guangzhou, Shaoxing, Yiwu, and Sichuan. We get some of our components from Hong Kong too.
